In 2008 a passion for the diversity of Lincolnshire product available led Elaine from preserving for a hobby to creating Saints & Sinners as a full time business. All genuinely made in her home kitchen using traditional batches of 4 to 8 jars ensures freshness & ingenuity along the way. As well as Elaine who makes all the product herself there is Nicola who has the unenviable task in this crazy kitchen of chopping, stoning and peeling ingredients. Nicola, with the help of Pauline, then labels & fits the cloth caps.
